Activating the Law of Attraction

Posted on May 27th, 2009 by Rashele : Empowerment Coach Rashele

Realizing manefestation in my life in abundance over the past few weeks.
I opened myself to allowing success into my life and the floodgates opened pouring out opportunities, people, places and things that have propelled me toward creating a very successful business situation. I am no longer stuck. Amazing.

"The most important thing is that you feel good" (Abraham-Hicks). When you have feelings that are negative you are in a being of resistance to allowing what you want to manifest into your life. When you have positive feelings then you are in the flow of Well Being and desire. As you are in this "downstream" feeling all that you have desired will come to you as quickly as the river of Well Being is flowing. The longer and and harder you have wanted a thing, the quicker the stream.

I have used a couple of different techniques to find where my resistance is springing from. EFT,meditation and affirmations. EFT or Emotional Freedom Technique (emofree.com) quickly shifts the flow of energies in your body to align with the energy of Well Being. I specifically focused on fear of success which, as I got deeper into releasing the resistant energies surrounding fear of success, quickly turned to a deeper fear of failure, specifically a fear of failing or disappointing my parents. As I was working with EFT on the fear of failure, images from my life that were specific to this fear, flooded my mind. After recognizing each scene, I was able to come to a reconciliation with each that created a space of forgiveness of self and release from repressed guilt and fear of failing my parents. After doing such I quickly created positive affirmations and meditated on what my success would mean to my parents. Soon, I mean in a matter of minutes, things that I have been desiring to create my success came into my space effortlessly. I only had to recognize what they were and act on them as soon as possible. As I have done so, more and more manifestations have actualized. My circumstances have not yet changed but I see it just over the horizon (three months to 6 figures income per month. no kidding.) I am also collaborating on a book I have been desiring to do for five years. I have clarity and focus for my business, which is turning out to be several businesses. All is well.

It is also important for you to know how to maintain these positive feelings.

The first step in creating any kind of success is recognition. It is important to recognize where your dominant thoughts are and what it is you are wanting. If you are sick, let's say, and you want to be well. You go out looking for things to make you better, you try all kinds of remedies, you ask to be well, you strive for positive feelings about being sick. You are still focused on being sick and, thus, in resistance to being well. You must choose what it is you want then focus upon it. It must be your dominant thought. Meditation and Affirmations are a way to shift your dominant focus to that which you are wanting to create. Use your imaination to create your Well Being as clearly as possible. Imagine what it will look like, smell like, taste like, sound like, and feel like. Spend as much time during the day immersed in your vision until you have to pinch yourself to know if this is real.

Focus on feelings of gratitude. Have gratitude for the lessons you have learned and for the abundance that surrounds you. No matter what your circumstances are, when you are in an attitude of gratitude, you cannot be in resistance at the same time. The goal here is to go with the flow of Well Being more and more and more. When you find you are feeling negative, take a look around you and focus upon those things you find pleasing, make a mental note of these things and just say "Thank You."

Be kind to yourself. Once you have discovered where your core resistance stems, offer yourself the gift of forgiveness, kindness and compassion. For it is when you have love for yourself that you can conqure all. Set reasonable expectations. Do not expect yourself to jump from feeling despondent to feeling joy in one jump. Your goal is to continually reach for a feeling that is better than despondent. Sad could be better than despondent. Do you see where I am going with this. It is one thing to feel sad, or angry or pessimistic, it is quite another to continually "beat the drum" of sadness or anger or pessimism. Continually reach for relief.

Take action. As you are allowing yourself to be open to the possibilities you are now attracting into your space, trust, and act on them quickly. The windows of opportunity open and they close. Committing to taking action on those things that come to you will create momentum in action. I have had things come into my space that I have chosen to take action on, some of these things seemed to catch a hitch and did not go smoothly. Low and behold, another thing would come into my space that worked effortlessly and created a result greater than the first. Remember to just let go and enjoy the ride. Choose easy.

Rinse and Repeat until the desired results are reached.

And that is how the Law of Allowing, and the Law of Attraction has been working for me. I pray that you will find this information valuable, practice the tools and assess your results to find if it works for you too. It really is as easy as they say.

All Is Well, All Is Well,

Quiet Nights Are For Creating

This past week has been a restless one. Surprisingly. Late nights when all is quiet is usually the time when thoughts that race through my head are great ideas for journal entries and blog articles. I either have had an overwhelming amount of information running through my mind or nothing I would value to repeat.

Tonight is quiet and I feel balance in my tiny universe. And so it is here that I am creating new things for my life. I recently experienced being a powerful creator in the area of finances. I simply asked that money flowed into my life from where ever it is now to accomplish some specific goals. I recognized how I have been in alignment with positive money flow as I have paid bills on time and used money to care for others, etc. I asked to see the opportunties for new money to come into my life. Then a few days later in a conversation I mentioned a friend that I was thinking about calling to pick up some contract work. She called me the very next day and asked me for some time on a contract basis to assist and coach her through the start up of her business. I also recieved a check in the mail, and referrals to new clients.

I would challenge you to be the creator you are. Begin to take life on from a creator's role with the experiences you have had as lessons as to how you create and make changes necessary to shift the abundance already flowing into your life.

Canal Road Treasures

Posted on Oct 29th, 2008 by Rashele : Empowerment Coach Rashele
This week is about getting grounded. Today on my walk with Jack, my beautiful blond German Shepard, I chose to collect something from nature to connect with. I knew what I wanted to collect before I got out of the door. Snake Grass. It grows along the canal near my house. The canal has stopped running but the grass still grows. This time of year it really takes on the appearance of a snake. The colors turn from green to orange to yellow. It grows in clumps and pulls apart in sections. It is hollow and the tips are pointed. It smells earthy and a little sweet. It looks a little like miniature bamboo stalks. It reminds me of Monroe Utah where I lived with my parents behind my Grandma and Grandpa's house. My walk was reminicent of being a kid in this small town. The dirt road, the smells of the earth and the plants that grow along the banks of the canal.

Today I felt like a kid again as Jack followed me along the road as I carried home the treasures I had collected on my adventure. I am sure my Grandpa Joe was walking next to me. I could hear myself say "I love our walks, don't you?" as if he were right there. A deep contented sigh escaped me as I felt my heart swell to feel him so near.  As I came through my front door, I almost expected to see my mother in the kitchen, ready to ask me where I had been so that I could tell her all about my adventure, what I had found and how cool it was.

MIssion accomplished. I felt grounded, connected to the earth, and to my familial roots. I connected with my inner child and reveled in the freedom of high adventure along the canal road with Jack at my heels. I would reccomend this simple exercise to anyone who is feeling disconnected from family and tradition especially at this time of year when the holidays are upon us. So for the many who are far from family or close to family but are not feeling so close, take a walk down the canal road and find a treasure you can take home to mom.

Who You Be.

Posted on Oct 18th, 2008 by Rashele : Empowerment Coach Rashele
I had the beautiful opportunity to speak to an audience of men and women this morning about body image and health as it affects the female gender. I was a last minute substitute guest speaker so I had little time to prepare.  I was living in mystery as I approached the place where I would be speaking. I felt excitement. An excitement similar to turning the page of a good book. I knew that what I was about to say may seem a bit untraditional and not meet the expectation of the audience, but I could not ignore the promtings to address love of self.

As the members of the audience moved into the room I looked at each woman. I wondered what I could say today that would touch this one and that one. What did I know that would make a difference in their lives. How would I inspire them to create change in their lives. I continued to feel a pressing importance to address love of self.

As I began speaking I chose to start by connecting the members of the group by their hands, the strongest energy connector, and draw them into the moment through a guided journey from wherever they were to where they were at that moment. Teaching them to let go of all that it had taken to get there. Teaching them about being present in the moment. Focusing on their breath. So many hold the breath. This has been the greatest tool for me as I have become conscious to its power for drawing me to a quiet and peaceful place of awareness.

If you are holding your breath right now, in this moment, begin taking deep cleansing breaths. Focus on the inhalation and exahalation. Draw in as much air into the lungs as you can. Notice the pause at the top of the breath. As you exhale, blow out all anxieties, aches and pains, thoughts, allow yourself to let go. Notice the space at the bottom of the breath. Notice that the breath happens inside of that space. This is one of my favorite meditations. I found it as a Podcast on Itunes but there is also a website MeditationOasis.com. These are beautiful 15 minute meditations.

Back to my speaking engagement. As we explored getting in touch with the worth of the souls in the room. I observed that so many negate the positive activites that they do, rationalize away their apparant neglect of their bodies, and closed themselves to the idea that it doesn't have to look a certain way. If these resonate with you, take a moment and look into the mirror. Really look. Look into your own eyes. This is a powerful exercise. Do you know who is doing the looking back?

The women seemed surprise that I didn't spend the time giving them a laundry list of things to do to get healthy and to get their bodies back into shape. LIfe is not a list. Even if we have made it one. I have recently completed my reading of Jill Bolte Taylor's book 'My Stroke Of Insight'. What a wonderful book for the many of us who suffer from mechanicitis, a disease that detatches us from feeling, from the mystery of life. Where life becomes one list of to-do's after another. Schedules upon Schedules. Our spiritual and intimate times are also scheduled so we can fit them in between the other items on our lists because we 'should' do them. I did not give these women this information on purpose. These are intelligent, well educated women. If they wanted to find this informaiton they very easily could. They didn't need me for that. That was not the purpose of my being where I was today. My purpose was to get them in touch with the why's, not the how's. Haven't you noticed how you can find a plethora of information about any topic at anytime but how do you use it? What use is the information if it does not work for you? Today I spent some time teaching these women a little about what to do with what they knew already. Just a little bit though. I left my card. I am curious to see who shows up asking for more information.

To summarize why I chose to blog about this experience, when I have neglected blogging for some time, I bring you back to why knowing who you be is important to health and fitness of the body. Reverence has been misplaced when referring to the individual humans mulling about this planet. When you are in touch with who you be reverence is restored and entire thought processes, then actions, then habits are changed to align with the reverence for the soul as the complete body, mind and spirit connection. Who you be is the key to creating successful life strategies. If you don't know who you are then how will you know the direction to take your life? So. Who YOU be?

I AM a beautiful powerful inspiring creative woman of light. As I AM I bring forth love, joy, and healing that all God's children know they are love, creating a world of unity, peace and harmony, Returning all glory to God. And so it is.

Love Authentically

Posted on May 29th, 2008 by Rashele : Empowerment Coach Rashele
Valentine-07
Recently in a conversation with a friend we found ourselves discussing the matter of hearts. She shared a  thought about giving her heart to someone. She gave this someone a glass heart and when he broke it she carefully glued the pieces together to create an intricately beautiful heart. I was her heart... only better? That was my thought. Was it better because of being pieced back together creating change in perspective? Well in fact it was a beautiful analogy and it was a useful tool for her to handle the rocky road of relationships. My comment was that I was happy that my heart was made of flesh and muscle and bounced when it was dropped. I mean what are you thinking giving a man a heart made of glass. Are you bent on setting him up for failure? Have you not observed how men are always fumbling things from footballs, baseballs, and they can never keep their hands on tools without dropping them. So why in heaven's name would you choose to give them a heart made of glass, you have heard the analogy of the bull in the china closet. And women... I have only three words for you...PMS. After a good laugh we began to playfully push and pull this topic around but the more we did so I recognized that this was a fantastic topic for coaching clients learning how to accept being truely authentic in their relationships.

If you are truely interested in creating successful relationships it would be a good idea to begin by setting your love interest up for success in place of failure. Offer him/her your real heart, your authentic self. This heart was made to be strong and durable and the more it is exercised by freely making your unconditional love available the stronger and more resiliant to damage it becomes. The real thing bounces when dropped and when you apply the three second rule, just pick it up and brush it off, it is as good as new. When using this as a tool in approaching your relationships your consiousness shifts from a space of fear to a space of love. What  possibilities could there be for your relationships if you created an opportunity for real success by being really authentic and replacing your fear of "heart break" with unconditional love?

Permission Slip

Posted on May 21st, 2008 by Rashele : Empowerment Coach Rashele
Ever wish you could just hibernate all winter long free from worry over how many calories you ate or if you got to the gym or on the treadmill at all? Me too! Is there such a thing as a fitness lifestyle strategy tailored for the way you live your life that also delivers results?

When potential clients approach me the first thing they want to know is how they can get results without sacrificing anything. The first step we take is to recognize how and why they eat and exercise by asking two questions, “How do you use food?” and, “What life patterns and events affect the way you eat and exercise?”

To recognize how and why you eat and exercise:
1. Create a calendar that includes the events and daily living of your life, include vacation times, the beginning and ending of sporting seasons, holidays, family gatherings, school, work and extra curricular activity schedules for each member of the household.
2. Divide two sheets of paper into three sections.
3. Label the section with these three headers; What is working? What is not working? and, What do I deserve to change?
4. List 1: List the ways you use food and exercise.
5. List 2: list the ways your schedule influences the way you interact with your family, your food and your fitness.
.
As a Wellness and Fitness Coach, my job is to assist you to identify those things that are getting in the way of your success (including yourself), develop an action plan and co-create custom lifestyle strategies. Do you believe in God?

Posted on Dec 10th, 2007 by Rashele : Empowerment Coach Rashele
This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for July 28, 2007:

I know God just as I know mysef. I am part of God. My spirit testifies of God and godliness. It is in spirit that I am with God. I could not deny God anymore than I could deny my existance. For if there is no God, I do not exist. It is through the grace of God that I am able to have this human experience where the opportunity is afforded me to remember who I am and why I am here.

God is not religion. religion is a mechanism to do the divine work of God, caring and serving each other, reaching outside of self, and for reminding each other of who we are, where we came from and why we are here.

The life of Jesus the Christ is an example of pure love, humility, service, and divine power. He knew he was God and yet he walked among and participated in the vast variety of humaness on this earth, teaching and healing and serving all. He is the embodiment of unconditional love. He was the greatest example of humility as he allowed others to beat Him and kill Him unjustly. He showed no judgement only to say that they know not what they do. He knew that all of us are at different stages of awarness of who we are and learning about what to do about it. We are like Him. When we follow His example we place ourselves upon the path of God, to be Gods.
